Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we can cancel your order*. If you would like to cancel an order, submit a cancellation request to hello@alittlegrace.com, and you will receive a notification regarding the status of your order.

*Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled. 

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, changes can be made. To submit a change request, contact us at hello@alittlegrace.com.

What if the amount in stock is lower than how much I want to order?

You can still purchase the items you are interested in, even if they are not in stock. Upon purchase, we will contact you with information about when the items will be available. Your order will not be charged until the items have shipped.

How do I request a customized order?

Contact hello@alittlegrace.com with your order details. Once finalized, you can process your order through our website, and we will accommodate the request.

Do you accept group orders?

Yes, we do — and with an exclusive discount! Contact hello@alittlegrace.com for orders of ten or more of the same piece.
