SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days. Available transit options include ground shipping (3–5 days) and express shipping at an additional cost.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We except refunds within a 30 day time span from when your order was placed. To receive a refund your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it with all your original packaging in tacked. Shipping fee is NOT included in the refund.
PRODUCT CARE
To keep your jewelry looking its finest, we recommend to gently clean the surface with the polishing cloth provided after each wear. Be sure to remove your jewelry when applying lotions, perfumes, sprays or when in contact with water or cleaning chemicals. When your jewelry is not being worn it is best to store it in the pouch it came in to help prevent scratching and maintain color.
